Utricularia alpina ‘Henri Pittier’ is a distinctive selected form of the species, named for the famed Venezuelan botanist and the national park that shelters many of the world’s most remarkable tepui plants. This cultivar is prized for its vigorous growth, thick foliage, and exceptionally large, elegant blooms.

Collected from the cool, mist‑soaked highlands surrounding Henri Pittier National Park, Venezuela — a region known for its cloud forests, pure water, and dense Sphagnum carpets.

Growing Guidelines
This species prefers conditions similar to its natural habitat.
Medium: Live or long‑fiber Sphagnum moss
Water: Only high‑purity water (rain, RO, or distilled)
Light: Bright, indirect light
Moisture: Keep moss evenly damp, not waterlogged
Temperature: Cool–intermediate (10–24°C), with gentle night drops
Feeding: No fertiliser required
