1. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with us. We may, in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities in any order. In the event that we may change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the details provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole discretion, appear to be placed by dealer, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
2. The content on this website is protected by copyright, no part, contained in this website may be copied, including text, graphics, logos, images. All rights and content are owned by Primal Plants.
3. While every effort is made that the prices and content are accurate, we reserve the right to change or amend prices and availability at any time.
SHIPPING: - Postage for plants, is Only $14.95 Australia Wide.
Primal Plants ships on Tuesdays. Generally plants ordered by noon on Sundays are posted the following Tuesday. Occasionally we may hold an order for up to 1 week, depending on certain factors.
Plants are shipped Bare Root, using 1-3 day shipping through various networks in Australia. We ship most plants wrapped in sphagnum moss to decrease shock. Once the plants are in transit, we have no control over it.
Please contact us if you believe your package has been held up in transit. We cannot guarantee safe delivery of plants, as once the plants are in transit, it is out of our control. However, we will give credit for plants that are damaged upon arrival if it is assessed as a result of our neglect or carelessness.
We only ship within Australia.
Any refund will be individually assessed based on the facts available. Photo's must be provided of the damaged item(s) within 48 hrs of plant arrival. If it is determined that an item has been damaged to a point that it is unlikely to recover and its value has been significantly decreased, then refund terms will be discussed. Once photos have been received and assessed, a refund will be arranged upon receipt of the return.
Refunds will not be issued if ,
a) The plant has been in the owners possession more than 7 days,
b) Damage is assessed as to be not significantly detrimental to the health of the plant, eg. broken leaf or pitcher,
c) Damage is assessed as a result of a customers neglect.
The item(s) must be returned in the same or similar packaging to ensure its safe arrival/return of damaged item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item(s).
An order may be cancelled anytime up until the item has been despatched. Once your order has been despatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please alert us immediately by email, if you wish to cancel your order.
