How to order
- Please ensure you can comply with the import requirements
of your country.
- Select the plants from the plant catalogue and add
the items into the shopping cart.
- After you have selected your items, continue to the
checkout and fill in all the necessary information, requesting
your selection of plants.
- After we receive your request we will email you an
invoice and notify you of availability and payment method.
- Once we have received payment for your order, we will
email you a receipt and an anticipated delivery date.
We will then start the permit process. This takes approximately
1-2 weeks.
- When your order is shipped, we will notify you by email
and give you an AIRWAY BILL number for tracking.
If we do not receive payment within 14 days of sending
you an invoice your order will be cancelled.

International customers
– Please check with your Agriculture, Quarantine,
Import Inspection Authority regarding the plants you want
to import, and any necessary documentation you need to import
plants.
We can supply all documents required for sending plants,
but it is your responsibility to check if you need any Phytosanitary
or Import permits.
CANADA - Contact your
(CFIA) Canadian food and Inspection Agency for an import
permit and send us a copy.
USA - Contact your Agriculture department
for an import permit & green/yellow stickers. Then send
us a copy of your permit & the green/yellow stickers.
Note: Due to strict Quarantine regulations,
we cannot accept the return of any plants. Refunds will
be given at the discretion of company management.
